FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 112 OF 2007) - REG 2

                These Regulations commence as follows:

                 (a)     on the day after they are registered -- regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

                (b)     at Ombudsman conversion time , mentioned in subsection 27 (1) of the Private Health Insurance (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2007  -- Schedule 2.

Note    Subsection 27 (1) of the Private Health Insurance (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2007 contains the following definition:

Ombudsman conversion time means 1 July 2007 or, if a later day is specified in Private Health Insurance (Transitional) Rules for the purposes of this definition, that later day.
