FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 4) (SLI NO 159 OF 2007) - REG 2

                These Regulations commence as follows:

                 (a)     on the day after they are registered -- regulations 1 to 3;

                (b)     on the later of:

                          (i)     1 July 2007; and

                         (ii)     the commencement of the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research Amendment Act 2007 ;

                          Schedule 1;

                 (c)     on the later of:

                          (i)     1 July 2007; and

                         (ii)     the commencement of Schedules 1 and 2 to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Amendment Act 2007 ;

                          Schedule 2;

                (d)     on the later of:

                          (i)     1 July 2007; and

                         (ii)     the commencement of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Amendment Act 2007 ;

                          Schedule 3.
