FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 6) (SLI NO 267 OF 2008) - REG 2

                These Regulations commence as follows:

                 (a)     the day after they are registered -- regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

                (b)     on the commencement of the Australian Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation Authority Act 2008  -- regulation 4 and Schedule 2.
