FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY AMENDMENT REGULATION 2012 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 38 OF 2012) - REG 2

                This regulation commences as follows:

                (a)    on the day after it is registered--sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1; and

               (b)    on 1 April 2012--section 4 and Schedule 2.
