FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 328 - REG 12
Approval to be recorded
12. If approval of a proposal to spend public money is not given in writing,
the approver must record the terms of the approval in a document as soon as
practicable after giving the approval.
