FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 328 - REG 15

Approval of purpose of official advance
15. (1) The Finance Chief Executive may approve, in writing, a purpose for
which payments may be made from a particular official  advance.

(2) An approval has effect:

   (a)  from the date specified for that purpose in the instrument of
        approval; or

   (b)  if there is no such date-from the date of the approval.

(3) An approval ceases to have effect:

   (a)  if the instrument specifies a date for that purpose-on that date; or

   (b)  if the instrument specifies an event, or an event of a particular
        kind, for that purpose-on the happening of that event, or an event of
        that kind; or

   (c)  in any other case-on 30 June next occurring after the approval takes
        effect.
