FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 328 - REG 21
Credit cards
21. An arrangement with a bank or other person under subsection 38 (2) of the
Act may provide for the issue to, and use by, the Commonwealth of credit cards
or credit vouchers. [NOTE: Section 38 of the Act deals with short-term
borrowing by the Commonwealth.]
