FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY REGULATIONS 1997 No. 328 - REG 24
Finance Minister may delegate powers
24. (1) The Finance Minister may delegate to an official, by written
instrument, any of the Finance Minister's powers or functions (other than this
power of delegation) under these Regulations.
(2) In exercising powers and functions under a delegation, the official must
comply with any directions of the Finance Minister.
