(1)

A person must not interfere with the correct working of an ICVMS installed on a boat for these Regulations.

Penalty:
25 penalty units.

(2)

A person must not interfere with seals placed by, or for, AFMA on an ICVMS installed on a boat for these Regulations.

Penalty:
25 penalty units.

(3)

Subregulation (1) or (2) does not apply to a person who is repairing, modifying or configuring an ALC or an ICVMS if the person is the manufacturer's agent.
