FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RULES 2001 2001 No. 195- RULE 10.02
Adjournment of first court date
- (1)
- If the parties agree that, because of short service or other special
circumstances, it is not appropriate to proceed on the date fixed the parties
may ask a Registrar in writing to adjourn the first court date to another
date.
- (2)
- The Registrar may adjourn the first court date to the date
requested by the parties or to another date that is practicable.
