If the parties to a proceeding resolve the issues between them following a primary dispute resolution process, the parties may:

resolution processes in appropriate cases. For the duty of the Court: see

the duty of officers of the Court: see section 25 of the Act.

Court may refer a matter for conciliation with or without consent: see section
26 of the Act. The Court may refer a matter (other than a family law
proceeding) for mediation with or without consent (see section 34 of the Act)
or for arbitration with consent (see section 35 of the Act).
