FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RULES 2001 2001 No. 195- RULE 11.07
Child to whom state welfare law applies
If, on an application under section 92 of the Family Law Act for leave to
intervene in a proceeding in relation to a child to whom subsection 69ZK (1)
of that Act applies, the Court does not grant leave, it may adjourn the
proceeding and give the Attorney-General notice of its refusal to grant leave
and of the date to which the proceeding is adjourned.
