FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RULES 2001 2001 No. 195- RULE 14.05

Claim for privilege

(1) This rule applies if, on application for the production by a party of a document for inspection by the party making the application or to the Court:

(a)
privilege from production or inspection is claimed; or

(b)
objection is made to production or inspection on any other ground.

(2)
The Court may inspect the document for the purpose of determining whether the claim or objection is valid.
