An order may be authenticated:

(a)

under an arrangement under section 90 of the Act; or

(b) under the seal of the Court signed by:

(i)

a Federal Magistrate; or

(ii)

a Registrar; or

(iii)

an officer of the Court acting with the authority of the Chief Executive Officer.
