FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RULES 2001 2001 No. 195- RULE 20.02
Application for review
- (1)
- An application for review of an exercise of power by a Registrar must be
in accordance with the form of application for review set out in Part 1 of
Schedule 2.
- (2)
- An application must be listed for a hearing as soon as
possible and, unless impractical to do so, within 14 days after the date of
filing.
- (3)
- The applicant must serve a sealed copy of the application on each other
party to the proceeding within 7 days after it is filed.
- (4)
- Unless the Court or a Registrar otherwise orders, the application does not
operate as a stay of the exercise of power under review.
