FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RULES 2001 2001 No. 195- RULE 26.01

Rate of interest
For paragraph 77 (3) (a) of the Act, the rate of interest is the rate prescribed by the Federal Court Rules.

Note
This rate applies to all proceedings other than family law proceedings. The Court may in a particular case determine a lower rate in the interests of justice: see paragraph 77 (3) (b) of the Act.
