FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RULES 2001 2001 No. 195- RULE 3.01

Sittings
(1)
The Court sits at times and places as directed by the Chief Federal Magistrate.

(2) Unless the Federal Magistrate constituting the Court otherwise directs, the Court does not sit:

(a)
on a Saturday or Sunday; or

(b)
on a day that is a public holiday where the registry is located.
