Unless the Court otherwise orders, at least 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing of an application, the application and supporting affidavit must be served on:

(a)

the debtor; and

(b)

the trustee of the estate; and

(c)

the Official Receiver for the District in which the application is made.

Note
The Court may order that service of the application on the debtor be dispensed with: see subsections 222 (8), 236 (4) and 239 (3) of the Bankruptcy Act.
