FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RULES 2001 2001 No. 195- RULE 39.01
Requirements of petition
- (1)
- This rule applies to a creditor's petition for the making of an order for
the administration of a deceased person's estate.
- (2)
- The petition must be
in accordance with Form 157.
- (3)
- The petition must be accompanied by the affidavit verifying the petition
required by subsection 244 (5) of the Bankruptcy Act.
