FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT (BANKRUPTCY) RULES 2006 (SLI NO 1 OF 2006) - REG 4.07

                If it is not practical for the applicant creditor to file the original of an affidavit mentioned in rule 4.06:

                (a)    a fax copy of the affidavit may be filed; and

               (b)    the original affidavit must be filed within 2 days after the hearing at which the fax copy is used.
