Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) The applicant must give notice of the application to each person known to the applicant to be a creditor of the bankrupt or a creditor of the estate of the deceased person.
(2) The notice must be in accordance with Form 11.
(3) The applicant must serve the notice on each creditor at least 14 days before the hearing date fixed for the application.
