1993 No. 118 FISHERIES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 After Part 2, insert the following Part:

"PART 2A-APPLICATION OF AMENDMENTS
OF THE TREATY Amendment of the Treaty

"4A. For the purposes of subsection 4 (7) of the Act, the amendments of the
Treaty set out in Schedule 4:

   (a)  have effect for the purposes of the Act; and

   (b)  take effect for the purposes of the Act on 16 June 1993.".
