2. Regulation 19A (When levy is due and payable)
2.1 Subregulation 19A (3): Omit the subregulation, substitute:
"(3) This regulation does not apply to an amount of levy prescribed in the
Fishing Levy (Southern Shark Fishery) Regulations.".
