8.1 Omit the Schedule, substitute:
                          "SCHEDULE 2                    Regulation 21

Fees In this Schedule:
'formally managed fishery' means a fishery:

   (a)  for which a plan of management has been made under section 17 of the
        Act; or

   (b)  that is described in regulation 4B;
'informally managed fishery' means a commercial fishing activity that is
managed under the Act by AFMA but that is not:

   (a)  a fishing activity to which a management plan applies; or

   (b)  a fishing activity referred to in regulation 4B.
