FISHERIES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1997 No. 278 - REG 5

5.1 After Part 3, insert:
PART 3A - HEARD ISLAND AND McDONALD ISLANDS FISHERY That part of the AFZ
within the area bounded by a line:

   (a)  beginning at the intersection of the meridian of longitude 60 degrees
        east and the parallel of latitude 53 degrees 14' south; and

   (b)  running:

        (i)    from there east along that parallel to its intersection with
               the meridian of longitude 67 degrees 03' east; and

        (ii)   from there north-easterly along the geodesic to the
               intersection of the parallel of latitude 49 degrees 24' south
               and the meridian of longitude 76 degrees 42' east; and

        (iii)  from there easterly along the parallel to the intersection with
               the meridian of longitude 80 degrees east; and

        (iv)   from there south along that meridian to its intersection with
               the parallel of latitude 55 degrees south; and

        (v)    from there west along that parallel to its intersection with
               the meridian of longitude 60 degrees east; and

        (vi)   from there north along that meridian to the point where the
               line began.
