FISHERIES MANAGEMENT (SOUTHERN SQUID JIG FISHERY) REGULATIONS 2006 (SLI NO 91 OF 2006) - REG 4

                For paragraph 45 (1) (f) of the Act, AFMA must enter in the Register the following details in relation to a nominated boat for a gear SFR:

                (a)    the name of the boat;

               (b)    if AFMA, or a State or Territory authority, issues a distinguishing symbol for the boat — a description or representation of the symbol.
