1982 No. 209 Finance (Overseas) Regulations (Amendment) - RULE 4.

4. After regulation 33 of the Finance (Overseas) Regulations the following
regulation is inserted:

Secretary may request information, &c.



"33A. The Secretary may from time to time request the chief accounting officer
for an overseas office to furnish to him or to such officer of the Department
of Finance as the Secretary may designate-

   (a)  a statement of all amounts received by, or paid through, the overseas
        office during a specified period; or

   (b)  such information as is specified in relation to any amount received
        by, or paid through, the overseas office.".
