1985 No. 134 FINANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 11

Method of drawing cheques 
11. Regulation 109 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
(a) by inserting in sub-regulation (1) "of the Department of Finance" after

"Secretary"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-regulation (2).
