1987 No. 259 FISHERIES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3
Prescribed person: paragraph 13AB (3) (b) of the Act
3. Regulation 12A of the Fisheries Regulations is amended:
(a) by omitting "Australian Coastal" and substituting "Federal Sea Safety
and"; and
(b) by inserting "and Communications" after "Transport".
