7. Schedule 5 to the Fisheries Regulations is amended by omitting items 5 and
6 and substituting the following item:
  "5   'authorised area of the Australian

fishing zone for Taiwanese vessels'
The part of the Australian fishing
zone described in Appendix A to the
KKFC Agreement in which duly licensed
vessels of the Kaohsiung Fishing Boat
Commercial Guild may take fish by use
of the pair trawling method of
fishing".
