the end "or".
2.2 Subregulation 4 (1) (definition of "Department"): Add at the end: "or (g)
the Australian Federal Police;".
2.3 Subregulation 4 (1) (definition of "Secretary", paragraphs (a), (b) and
(d)): Add at the end "or".
2.4 Subregulation 4 (1) (definition of "Secretary"): Add at the end: "or (g)
where the Department is the Australian Federal Police - the person who holds,
or is performing the duties of, the office of Commissioner of Police;".
