1990 No. 382 FINANCE (OVERSEAS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 Subregulation 35 (1): Omit "paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) or (f) of
sub-section 63 (1)", substitute "paragraph 63 (1) (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) or
(f)". 3.2 Subregulation 35 (2): Omit "or (c)", substitute ", (c), (da), (e) or
(f)". 3.3 Subregulation 35 (2): Omit "paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), or
(f) of sub-section 63 (1)", substitute "paragraph 63 (1) (a), (b), (c), (d),
(e) or (f)". 3.4 Subregulations 35 (3) and (3A): Omit the subregulations,
substitute:

"(3) The Commissioner of Police may give to members, staff members or special
members of the Australian Federal Police directions for or in relation to any
of the matters referred to in paragraphs 63 (1) (a) to (f) (inclusive) of the
Act.". 3.5 Subregulation 35 (4): Omit ", (3) or (3A)", substitute "or (3)".
