3. Regulation 3 (Peak industry body)

3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Peak industry body

"3. For the purposes of the definition of 'peak industry body' in subsection 4
(1) of the Act, the Australian Seafood Industry Council Limited is
prescribed.".
