FISHERIES RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 90 - REG 3

3.1 Paragraph 4A (1) (c):
Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(c) a levy of the kind mentioned in paragraph 5 (1) (b) of the
Fisheries Agreements (Payments) Act 1991.".

3.2 Subregulation 4A (2):
Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(2) For paragraph 5 (3) (a) of the Act, for the financial year beginning on 1
July 1996, the research component of a levy mentioned in subregulation (1) is:

   (a)  for a levy mentioned in paragraph 4A (1) (b)Ñ6.84% of the levy; and

   (b)  for a levy mentioned in paragraph 4A (1) (c)Ñ2.94% of the levy.".
