6. (1) Zinc dross that contains not less than 70% by weight of zinc is
specified to be a substance in relation to which section 5 of the Act applies.

(2) A substance, other than a compound of a trace element, that contains not
less than 6% by weight of molybdenum is specified to be a substance in
relation to which section 5 of the Act applies.

(3) A substance, other than a compound of a trace element or a substance
specified in subregulation (1) or (2), that contains not less than 40% by
weight of a compound of a trace element or of 2 or more compounds of a trace
element is specified to be a substance in relation to which section 5 of the
Act applies.
