                     (a)  the Fair Work Act 2009 ;

                     (b)  the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 ;

                     (c)  the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021 ;

                     (d)  the Federal Court Act 1976 .
