1 At the end of subregulation 24(1)
Add:
; (j) the prefabrication of made-to-order components to form part of any building, structure or works where the prefabrication is carried out off-site;
(k) building work covered by paragraph 6(1)(e) of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2014 .

(4) Item 1 of Schedule 2 to the Fair Work (Building Industry--Accreditation Scheme) Amendment Regulation 2014 applies to a contract entered into on or after the commencement of that item.
