FAIR WORK REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 112 OF 2009) - REG 1.03

                In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Fair Work Act 2009 .

"quarter" means a period of 3 months beginning on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July or 1 October in a year.
