SCHEDULE 13
Sub-regulation 4 (13)
The area the boundary of which-

        (i)    commences at the point of intersection of the coastline of the
               mainland at low water by the parallel of Latitude 16 degrees
               17' South;

   (ii) runs thence south-easterly along the geodesic which passes through the
        point of Latitude 16 degrees 19' South Longitude 145 degrees 30' East
        to its intersection by the 5 kilometre line;

   (iii) thence generally southerly along that 5 kilometre line to its
        intersection by the parallel of Latitude 16 degrees 47.2' South;

   (iv) thence south-easterly along the geodesic which passes through the
        point of Latitude 16 degrees 49.7' South Longitude 145 degrees 53.4'
        East to its intersection by an arc of a circle having a radius of 5
        kilometres and its centre on the northernmost point on Cape Grafton at
        low water;

   (v)  thence generally south-easterly along the 5 kilometre line to its
        intersection by an arc of a circle having a radius of 5 kilometres and
        its centre on the northernmost point on Fitzroy Island at low water;

   (vi) thence generally southerly, so as to pass to the east of Fitzroy
        Island, along a line every point of which is at a distance of 5
        kilometres from the nearest point of the coastline of that island at
        low water to its intersection by the 5 kilometre line;

   (vii) thence generally southerly along that 5 kilometre line to its
        intersection by an arc of a circle having a radius of 1 kilometre and
        its centre on the northernmost point of High Island at low water;

   (viii) thence generally southerly, so as to pass to the west of High
        Island, along a line every point of which is at a distance of 1
        kilometre from the nearest point of the coastline of that island at
        low water to its intersection by the 5 kilometre line;

   (ix) thence generally southerly along that 5 kilometre line to its
        intersection by the parallel of Latitude 17 degrees 39.5' South;

   (x)  thence west along that parallel to its intersection by the coastline
        of the mainland at low water; and

   (xi) thence generally northerly along that coastline to the point of
        commencement.
