1983 No. 262 GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK REGULATIONS - REG 19

19. (1) A person shall not, in an application for a permission under these
Regulations, make a statement or furnish information that is false or
misleading in a material particular.
Penalty: $1,000.

(2) Where-

   (a)  a permission has been granted to a person under these Regulations; and

   (b)  that person is convicted of an offence against sub-regulation (1) in
        relation to the application for that permission, the Authority may, by
        notice in writing given to that person, revoke that permission.
