1993 No. 206 GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 34

34.1 Subregulation 45 (1): Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"45. (1) The charge payable by the holder of a permission for the construction
of a marina is $190.00 per quarter.

"(1A) The charge payable by the holder of a permission for the operation of a
marina is the greater of:

   (a)  $190.00 per quarter; or

   (b)  $1.00 for each visiting vessel (except a vessel operated by the
        permission holder) that is berthed at the marina for each night in the
        quarter that it is so berthed.".
