Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) Division 3 of Part 16 applies in relation to any infringement notices given after the commencement of this section (whether the conduct to which the infringement notice relates occurred before or after that commencement).
(2) For conduct occurring before that commencement, section 243 applies after that commencement as if a reference in that section to a provision of this instrument were a reference to the equivalent provision of the old regulations.
