Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) A Hinchinbrook authorisation remains in force while the existing permission to which it is attached remains in force, or until the authorisation is surrendered or revoked.
(2) A permission holder may surrender a Hinchinbrook authorisation without surrendering the existing permission to which it is attached.
