3. Regulation 3 (Interpretation) 
  3.1   Regulation 3 (definition of "grains"):
Omit the definition, substitute:

"'grains' means coarse grain, grain legumes, linseed, rapeseed, safflower
seed, soybeans, sunflower seed and wheat;".
  3.2   Insert the following definition:


"'coarse grain' means leviable coarse grain within the meaning of the Coarse 
Grains Levy Act 1992 ;".
