GENE TECHNOLOGY REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 106 - REG 18
GTTAC members and advisers — term of appointment
- (1)
- The term of appointment of a member of the Gene Technology Technical
Advisory Committee, or an expert adviser, is 3 years, or a lesser period
specified in the instrument of appointment of the member or adviser.

- A
member or adviser may be reappointed for a further term or terms.
