GENE TECHNOLOGY REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 106 - REG 28
Voting
- (1)
- A decision of the Gene Technology Technical Advisory Committee is made by
a majority of the members present, and voting for the decision, at a Committee
meeting.
- (2)
- The member presiding at a Committee meeting has a deliberative
vote and also has a casting vote in the event of an equality of votes by
members present.
