GENE TECHNOLOGY REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 106 - REG 36
GTEC — operation of subcommittees
- (1)
- Regulations 24, 25, 26 and 28 apply to a subcommittee established under
subsection 116 (1) of the Act as if a reference in those regulations to
the Gene Technology Technical Advisory Committee were a reference to the
subcommittee.
- (2)
- At a meeting of a subcommittee, a quorum exists if half
of the members of the subcommittee are present.
- (3)
- A subcommittee must keep a record of its proceedings, and must give to the
Gene Technology Ethics Committee a copy of each resolution passed by the
subcommittee.
