GENE TECHNOLOGY REGULATIONS 2001 2001 No. 106 - REG 40

Inspector identity card

For paragraph 151 (2) (a) of the Act, an inspector's identity card must:

(a): display a recent photograph of the inspector's face; and
(b): state the date of issue; and
(c): state the period of its validity.
