1989 No. 225 HONEY EXPORT CHARGE (RATE OF CHARGE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. After regulation 3 of the Honey Export Charge (Rate of Charge) Regulations
the following regulation is inserted: Rate prescribed for the purposes of
paragraph 7 (1) (a) of the Act "3A. For the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (a) of
the Act, the rate of 0.75 cents per kilogram of honey is prescribed.".
