1989 No. 261 HORTICULTURAL EXPORT CHARGE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. Regulation 9B of the Principal Regulations is amended:
      (a) by inserting "from Australia" after "exported" (first
occurring);
      (b) by omitting "products shall" and substituting "products,
other than prescribed citrus, must";

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (d)

"chargeable horticultural" and substituting "those".
